Roadway has several holes due in part to a faulty repair when gas lines were installed, Some are greater than others but the biggest hole approximates 2ft by 2 ft with a 5 inch depth. Area is located @ Hemlock drive in Farmingdale, NY corner of hempstead turnpike & beginning of Hemlock drive.
