Exposed 3" of rebar metal coming from the ground in the tot lot playground. The rebar originally was surrounded by wood but the wood rotted away or has been removed leaving only the exposed metal. Worried about the safety of our children because a child falling on the rebar could cause serious damage through impalement (ie, child falls face-first into the rebar.
