Issue is actually in Beaver Hills, not Downtown. Map is incorrect.
This is a bad pothole, indeed. Entire stretch of Glen between Winthrop and Norton needs repaving. The city patched a few holes a couple weeks ago. This half done, quick fix job did not sufficiently address poor condition of road. The patched potholes are now deeper than before, and no attempt to fix rest of street. Please actually fix this problem. Residents have been complaining for over a year. Half done, insufficient work is a waste of taxpayer money and does not address basic safety concerns.

It looks like some potholes have been getting filled on Glen Road: http://seeclickfix.com/issues/428453.
Can someone confirm whether this issue has been fixed?
