Buck Jones is currently undergoing upgrades, and that's great, but the current detour through Vann should have someone on Jones Franklin directing traffic at peak hours so things flow more smoothly. This morning at 8am, traffic was backed up all the way back to Wilmot. There was someone with a sign standing on Jones Franklin, but they weren't directing traffic.
