Yep, we've had six cars stuck on Mansfield today. We actually had a plow come by, but couldn't do his job because the overzealous drivers blocked him from it. If people would listen to the mayor and stay off the streets, we would all be better off! In the meanwhile, it's back to helping people dig their tires out and reverse back down the road.

Another three cars stuck on Mansfield Street right now. Can the city put up traffic cones or a sign discouraging people from trying to use this street?

In 2010-2011 there were many cars stuck here - it's a narrow street. One plow got stuck and another plow came an hour later to rescue it, then also got stuck. I agree some signage would help.

The problem was that a single car got stuck on on Mansfield at Compton on Friday night angled out of a parking space, only slightly blocking the travel lane, and for some reason the owners didn't try to at least shovel enough the following day to get it back into place. The plow then never went further north on Mansfield than Compton, so people come up Compton or Mansfield thinking they can get through, and get stuck where the plowing stopped. Bottom line, Mansfield still needs to be plowed as of 6 pm, 2-10-13.

The good news is that the people whose car got stuck were actually taken in for the night by good Samaritans on Mansfield Street, not an insignificant sign that there is still good in Gotham, even as society crumbles.

The vehicles are out now! We had a few taxis, a DHL delivery truck, and a few other cars stuck in the middle of the road, but the road is now clear and free to be plowed!
