It's always around the first of the month and it's moving time. What a sad lack of social values to just dump your junk on sidewalks and city right of ways. I have caught a few in the act and took their pictures doing the deed. The Oakland Police Department, even when they were at full strength, rarely ever has done much about environmental crimes in Oakland.

I saw this same mess but thought it was on 14th just below MacArthur.

Keep sending in photos to OPD and OPW. Only takes one high profile, well documented, case to turn things around.
