The green right turn arrow on southbound Baldwin for right turns onto westbound Walton is programmed wrong. It comes on when Baldwin traffic has the green light, which is redundant. It should turn on when eastbound Walton has the green light. This light has been miss-programmed since it was installed.

Update: Almost 45 days with no change. What's the point of this system if the problems are never fixed?
