There are two abondoned cars parked at the corner of Ruby Street and west MacArthur that have been left for over two months and have been ticketed multiple times. Recently a homeless couple has startled living in them. One car is a while Honda and the other is a black Volkswagen. The Honda is parked in front of the VW.
