well, someone mowed the lawn, but left two piles of trash in the yard. amazing.
and the second story is still not boarded up. i don't like the feeling of potentially shady characters living in burned out buildings. can LCI please confirm or deny that this building is condemned???
the weeds are as high as ever, and there is trashed furniture on the curb.
but, more importantly, there are 3 or 4 vehicles in the driveway, and one of the garages is open. it doesn't appear to be people working on the building in any way. i really think people are living here, and given the condition of the house, i would think it is condemned.
i just called the non-emergency line and hopefully someone can swing by sometime to check it out if they've got time.
can someone from LCI confirm that this house is indeed condemned from the fire damage? it has been months.
there is activity there every day, there are several windows with the plywood removed indicating people living there again, and i am worried about squatters and illegal activity.
the lack of upkeep also continues to be a problem, and a huge eyesore for the neigborhood.

there are windows open on the second floor (someone took off the plywood). it appears that someone is living there again, despite it being condemned.
this is a dangerous situation, and i am tired of the absentee landlord looking the other way.

LCI,
Can you let us know what is going on here?
Thanks,
Ben
