Cardboard boxes with plastic packing materials and trash strewn on curb at 2 pm The day before pick up. I cleaned up the first lot only to find a second lot out. Renter put the first batch across the street. I put it in front of his apartment with the cardboard neatly bundled and with the trash in a black plastic bag. He got the hint for the location but put it out in such a way that it will blow around before it is collected.
