I live in this neighborhood and I have called the Town of Cary about the state of Reedy Creek from Maynard to Chapel Hill Road several times. They have completely ignored every request. Don't hold your breath for them to do anything, they'll be over in Preston where the wealthy people live.

Thanks for reporting this issue. The Town has investigated the complaint and sent a code enforcement letter to the property owner, who has been given instructions and a timeframe for compliance. We are continuing to monitor this issue.
