I am wondering about a recent change to the property behind the abandoned factory between mechanic/lawrence/state st. there is a mysterious big blue tarp covering a lot of ground. what purpose does it serve?
and what hope is there of cleanup here? i know there had been an interested buyer that backed out some time ago...

Hey Juli,
I heard that there might an interested developer a few months back but things have been quiet.
Hopefully the Cohen's will be able to sell the property soon.
Its such a great location.

the chain link fence on this property is broken, which leads me to believe that someone might be trespassing/ or living there, which is very worrisome.
can the owner of the property or LCI check this please?
