The whole entire intersection of S14 St and Dock St in Shockoe Slip is severely messed up. It's so bad it had busted my tire and threw off my alignment while going the speed limit. There is multiple holes that range 5ft L x 2ft W to 2ftx1ft and at least 5inch deep. I'm probably not the only victim that had gone un-reported. I'm really surprised it hasn't been fixed yet considering it's one of the most busiest intersections. If you could please fix it, everyone would appreciate it! Thank You!
