Cars drive too fast down San Leandro as there are no stops signs from Lakeland all the way through the entire neighborhood and it is a primary street for traffic flowing through Casa Linda, Little Forest Hills and Forest Hills.

The danger here is extenuated by the fact that in this neighborhood there are lots (and I mean lots) of young children and very few sidewalks.
