This problem had to have Dallas police involved since business continued to sell access to dumpster with directions for individuals to stay inside of dumpster and hide vehicle untill ready to leave, this was admitted to police by individual they questioned. Stench and environment were maintained at unhealthy levels every Sunday since code could not respond on Sunday. Police have resulted in first two Sundays without scavengers and stench but businesss continues to allow illegal dumping into creek that runs along business property. Since creek dumping is not immediate impact on resident quality of life I do not file complaint due to retaliation by business trashing property line we share is a problem now. I encourage other residents concerned about our water and environment report the creek dumping since they are not subject to retaliation by shared property line with business.
