Every day eastbound on Rte. 23, motorists slow down, and practically STOP, to allow drivers waiting at the stop sign on Valley Park Rd. to enter/merge onto Rte. 23. STOP DOING THIS PEOPLE! You act of courtesy becomes an ACT OF AGGRAVATION for EVERYONE behind you on Rte. 23. Drivers on Valley Park Rd., FIND ANOTHER WAY - use the stoplight intersection at Country Club Rd. It's against the law to slow down and prevent egress on a state road to allow some guy to merge at an inconvenient intersection!!
