I replied too soon. My wife and I checked the condition on our walk Friday, The toilet and floors in the Men's room were covered in filth. (I used a slightly more graphic term when describing them to my wife.) She said the Ladies' was as bad. It's not enough to clean these rooms every two or three months; they have to be monitored constantly.

We believe this issue was resolved. Please reopen if this issue persists and we will ask staff to take a look. Thanks!

There is a more recent ticket opened for these rest rooms. Their condition hasn't changed.
