There is a building site on the west side of Manning, and the contractors park along the sidewalk on the east side of the street, forcing pedestrians to walk in traffic for several car lengths. Drivers coming south can't see pedestrians coming out from the front of the large trucks and vice versa. Can't they be ticketed? There is a large vacant lot they can use to park but they all park and block the sidewalks.
