Is this a city issue or Cal Trans issue? This is just one photo but there are multiple other spots where the fence needs repair. Apparently homeless walk along the highway and then use these entrances.

Hi, We are at 2101 Tennessee St and had a problem with the chain link fence that Cal Trans built years ago. Currently the homeless have been tearing holes and such. we were able to contact Cal Trans and they have set up a date to come repair the fence. I think this is where you should start. I am sending you a link for you to make the report. They will respond with a confirmation number and advise if they are responsible. they are not like others where they give you the run around they actually take the fences pretty serious. http://www.dot.ca.gov/hq/maint/msrsubmit/

Thank you Davina! Got it and filled out request. Geez. How does one get public works to help. It always seems to not be their problem for some reason.

Thanks for reporting! This is a Caltrans issue. I have reported it to them. Like Davina Ames said above, it would be good for you to report it at as well.
