There is no safe place for people biking while construction is happening on West Grand Ave. This has been a 2+ week occurrence. Construction has replaced the bike lane and a travel lane. Orange comes could do wonders. In addition today a construction worker was yelling at people biking asking them where the helmets are. Please please think about all people when you're designing construction plans.
