Now they are stuck up and a train just passed through. Dangerous.

FYI - In response to this notification, I called Norfolk Southern's customer service center to report the problem and was advised that it had already been reported, that a ticket had been issued for repairs, and that Norfolk Southern is currently working to resolve the problem.
