And with arrival in Spring come the dirt bikes. Several flying around Fair Haven Heights and Front Street today and over the weekend. Though was a little quieter last year seems like it could be a long, loud summer. Seems like while city hall is writing a narrative of an up and coming downtown, in the outer neighborhoods we deal with, year in and year out, the same quality of life issues. A tale of two cities, to be sure.
