Graffiti is still there (and was there for months before this report). What is the status on this? If PG&E doesn't respond, can the City paint it over and bill them?

FYI... this issue has finally been resolved (in Jan 2013). Thanks to City staff for continuing to pressure AT&T to comply with their agreement with the City to keep their utility boxes graffiti-free.
