I usually take the quiet train during rush hour, there were three ladies in the QUIET car with a baby, who seemed like they did not know what a QUIET car is because of their incessant talking and laughing and so when the conductor came by.. I asked to please inform the ladies that it was the quiet car. The conductor then cut me off and screamed that he will not tell the baby to keep quiet. Is screaming at someone part of customer service? This happened on aug 7, 2012 at the 5:46pm train to dover, nj at car #7597. I do not appreciate the treatment, i am a paying customer and i deserve better. I specifically take the quiet car because i appreciate the peace and quiet.. And i got screamed at.
