Fire Hydrant set back a bit being buried by leaves decomposing year after year. Poison Ivy covers short path to hydrant and covers hydrant. Definite safety hazard for firefighters and citizens that rely on that hydrant in case of emergency. Call to West Main Street house alerting of problem seem to fall on deaf ears.
