Head contractor was called twice and asked them to stop. They continued. What time are they allowed to use these chainsaws until? Quality of life next to this historic building in this historic neighborhood is decreasing every day. So frustrated. Why wasn't this done during day while tenants were at work? There are children and anxious pets surrounding
