Unfortunately, the alley behind Metropolis is a privately-owned street, therefore the City of Atlanta, nor Midtown Alliance can repair/repave it. Because it is the responsibility of the adjacent property owner to address all repairs and big and small, I will contact Yovy Gonzalez the property manager at Metropolis to address your concern.
