On average, the same car alarm with a distinct horn honking sound goes off 1-2 nights a week, repeatedly for up to an hour. The alarm will silence for less than 30 seconds before starting up again. I have noticed this for the past 6 months at least, usually between the hours of 3-5am. Next time I will physically go outside and find the license plate number of the vehicle.
