PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT CODES & BUILDING SAFETY HAS AN OPEN CASE ON THIS PROPERTY. HE OWNER WAS NOTIFIED aUGUST 11, 2011 TO MAKE SPECIFIC REPAIRS TO THIS STRUCTURE AND TO MAINTAIN THE YARD AREAS. ON APRIL 6, 2012 CODES HELD A CODE REPAIR HEARING WITH THE OWNERS AND THEY WERE ADVISED THAT ALL REPAIRS MUST BE COMPLETED ON OR BEFORE MAY 22, 2012. THE CODES RFS NUMBER IS 11-1063975.
In the future, please use the official Codes and Building Safety website to report a code violation and to gain a status on a request as Click Fix is NOT the official site to submit and review such requests to the Department of Codes & Building Safety. Codes WILL NOT be responding back to Click Fix on this case again.
