Large car parts, two whole bumpers and a bench seat plus more are on the sideway of Springs Road across from Avian Drive. They have been there for days. Why? If there was an accident, why doesn't the tow company pick them up? If not that, why don't the garbage trucks report it or pick it up? If illegally dumped, aren't there security cameras to try and see the irresponsible and inconsiderate people trashing our city? Please look into having it cleaned up.
