For God’s sake, clean up this encampment. The trash is spewing out all over the neighborhood and leaves a terrible impression of our city for anyone taking the off-ramp.

The city, and many others, may be waiting on the Supreme Court's decision on the Grant Pass, Oregon vs. Johnson case. The decision is due to be released in June. It looks like the Justices (6-3) are leaning towards letting cities address this issue as they did prior to Martin v. Boise, Idaho.
Not condoning what's happening. There is a village forming in Columbus Parmway near Station house 24. People are camping out on Springs Road near Rollingwood again. I think cities are in limbo until this decision.
