I can't believe that I've already called 3 times and this has been going on since April 5th.
Early in the morning on April 4th, a drunken spring-breaker came down the street with a recycling bin and left it in my driveway next to my existing bin. I called the city on 4/5 and was told to leave it out starting Monday 4/8 which I did. At the end of the week on 4/12 I called again and was told the bin was already picked up. I explained it wasn't picked up. I verified the address, and was told to leave it out again starting Monday 4/15. On Tuesday 4/16, a Waste Management box truck stopped by and the man walked right past the recycling bin that I had out in plain sight, and took you green yard waste bin instead. On 4/17 I called again and explained the whole situation again and was told they would send another request to return our yard waste bin and pickup the extra recycling bin.
Today is 4/25 and we still haven't gotten our yard waste bin, or had the extra recycle bin picked up. Even worse, I see here in FixIt, that the work order shows that it was completed on 4/17 (Issue ID: 16423708). Not sure who is at fault, but this is simply ridiculous already.
PLEASE: Have old dirty extra recycle bin picked up (picture attached), and deliver a replacement yard waste bin for the one that was taken.
