Cars often speed down Oak Drive SE. Due to the curvature of the road, cars coming in or going out of West Hill Drive have to be very careful turning to avoid an accident. If possible, we would like a speed bump place on the road between Oak Drive SE and Oakdale Road SE to prevent accident, slow cars, and improve the safety of the Westhill neighborhood.

I agree! The speeding is a nuisance and the semis that aren't supposed to be on the road isn't enforced.
A speed bump would help, and also deter the semi trucks that are on Oak drive daily.
Maybe a traffic citation camera on Oak Drive?
I think we should get together and ask the city to close Oak Dr below Westhill.
That would be the best solution.
