this issue appears and long standing along west rock river.. i believe i need look into more storm drain issue need to request map of storm drains outlets into west rock river // I have been clearing banks in west rock park area only after rains heavily debris appears along river banks if not cleared right away only wide up further down river area between Blake street bridge whalley ave bridge resembles sewer pipe storm drains clearly out lets clix fix issue 15962797 still waiting for answers issue 15962675 archived my self pulling as of today 62 tires dumped into river i placed them at hard stone street park parking lot there 5 sitting there now city was informed and pick them up thankyou as of now in river banks is a volunteer basis need to form cleanup crews ongoing
