This poor dog is always tied up. It appears some days it might get short leashed because it gets wrapped around a tree. It has a dog house but it appears it may not be able to always access it due to the short lead. It has been left out in below freezing weather. It also appears it may not always have access to water. I have never seen anyone attending to the dog.
