At night; this particular address washes dog feces down the gutters. It's so disgusting. We have smelt horrible ordered permeating this week as well. It is so bad; we can't enjoy our windows open. I wish some department would help with this. During the summer it's beyond horrible. This week for some reason; it's smells like it does in August. Animal Control is out here a lot but the problem still exists.....for years! There's either even more dogs or upkeep is not being done. Well check on the dogs at least, they're in cages the sit on cages. At times there is a person sleeping on the perimeter of this home, under the front foliage by the front windows which is covered with landscape. Perhaps some of the disgusting order is from humans; they do not go inside the home.,
