I'm sick of driving by this building every day. What an eyesore. And it just brings the whole area down.

New graffiti up on end of building (where Adeline meets Lowell). Please put a mural on ALL sides of this building-the murals are beautiful but al blank areas are attracting ugly graffiti.

When will owner address ALL sides of this building, especially the ugly metal galvanized siding part-the graffiti here is ugly and more and more develops each day.

Graffiti-Many many complaints against this property. The building goes from 54th street and Lowell to 54th and Adeline, from Adeline and 54th to Lowell/53rd street and then on Lowell from 53rd to 54th streets Its like a big triangular building. The address is on Adeline 5333.

This graffiti and ugly temporary fixes by owner has been going on for YEARS! Makes whole area look junky and unsafe which is not cool with the school right across the street and Destiny Arts up the street-Lots of young people who need a nice safe neighborhood to enjoy. New Graffiti pops up every day. The owner put up a mural on a segement of two sides of the building, and that has really helped, EXCEPT now the other sides and the parts NOT covered by a mural are getting worse. And worse. SOOOO ugly! It is a true eyesore and has been for years-PLEASE ask the owner to fix the issue in a real way, and paint a mural on ALL sides of their building, covering ALL surfaces to curtail the graffiti. It is not fair to the neighborhood and is very frustrating that it is still not addressed after many many many complaints by neighbors.

Still not addressed- called code enforcement today, reported it in person and left a message with Sandra Smith. Now, not only graffiti, but garbage and dumpling piling up against this building for weeks. When will Oakland address this building?
