I agree my street was to be done over 15 years ago still waiting street is sinking in front of my house those culture DE sacs have been resurfaced several times as ours has not been done once I think someone that works for the city lives on one of them I see a city truck by there quite often 300 block of bergwall way, Sunders and Delwood on the Benicia side of Columbus needs repaired badly

Thanks for reporting! These residential areas were chosen due to several factors. These factors included; their PCI (Pavement Condition Index), our work order history for the street, and whether or not utility agencies have underground projects planned in the area in the near future. Many of the residential streets that are being repaved have never been treated in the 50 or 60 years since they were originally paved. We are aware that there are many more residential streets that need attention as well, and we do have a list of those streets that we will address in the future. In general, major streets were not eligible for this round of paving because major thoroughfares are eligible for CIP (Capital Improvement Project) funding.
