Jason Chalaire at 3865 blew leaves into the street and other neighbors yards so our wonderful neighbor cleaned it up and we appreciate it. These useless comments are ridiculousl

I am tired of Jason Chalaire making frivolous complaints about his neighbors. The first thing in the picture shows my son Joey blowing debris back into the yard where Jason Chalaire had blown his yard mess into the road, of which he does everyday from early morning until night. He uses his blower constantly at all hours to annoy his neighbors. He thinks if he can report us for doing something this will make him happy because he is a neighborhood bully. Multiple complaints about him have been made but nothing is ever done. So he continues his harassment of the end of our cul-de-sac. He thinks by shining lights into peoples houses with his jeep will bother us and he constantly blows his horn when anybody goes outside. He plays very explicit loud music when he is outside. He will do all these things when he knows people are out or coming home because of his cameras he has placed that zero in on the houses surrounding him. This is noise pollution, light intrusion pollution and invasion of privacy with his cameras and environmental pollution where HE blows his materials and washes it out with his water hose from HIS yard into the road toward his neighbors houses. And this is not a frivolous complaint because we have videos of our own and pictures that we have taken only to prove our innocence. We have multiple witnesses that can validate what I am saying. We all here at the right end of the cul-de-sac of Berkshire Court would appreciate that the harassment and false allegations be stopped by Jason Chalaire. Thank you.

The person who posted this complaint Jadon Chalaire at 3865 Berkshire ct, is the person whom on a daily basis, starting at 6:48am every single day blows dirt and yard debris into the middle of the street into both his next door neighbors drive ways and front of there homes. He dies this sometime 2 to 3 times a day. If you look at the picture he posted those black tire marks are also from Jay Chalaire screeching his tires in the middle of the street going forward and backing in. The street in front of his hime and his nextdoor neighbors hime are ALWAYS dirty because of him. What you also see un the picture this clown posted is Joey cleaning the mess he makes in a daily basis. If pictures are needed of Jay Chalaire blowing debris into the street and his neighbors driveways I have plenty you are welcome to see.

The person who posted this report Jason Chalaire is the one who on a daily basis blows dirt and yard debris into the middle of the street and into both his nextdoor neighbors driveways, sidewalks and in front of there homes. This occurs everyday starting at 6:48am and sometimes 2 to 3 times a day. The black tire marks you see in the picture that Jason Chalaire posted are also from him screeching his tires into and out of his driveway forward and backing in. There are many reports to our HOA regarding Jason Chalaire blowing his yard debris into our street which is always dirty because of him. I also have many pictures if they are needed. The person in picture reported is trying to clean up the street. We are all tired of nothing being done to correct his behavior.
