I reported a slum lord LLC who owns all the houses on Scott and garbage has been there for weeks. Couches. Tires. Used cooking grease No one cares. They don’t have to live with it. It’s the South End it’s a disgrace

Thank you for using this application to report an issue to the City of Albany. According to city code (§313-47), property owners are responsible for keeping their properties maintained with regards to lawn and litter. DGS staff will inspect the property for any violations. If violations are found, the property owner will be notified and given ten business days to rectify any violations. After ten business days, DGS will re-inspect the property for compliance. If the property is still in violation, DGS will schedule a cleanup of the property and the owner will be billed. Please note that due to the high volume, these requests may take up to two weeks or more for DGS to clean.

This isn't a one time issue. It has been ongoing for months. Many calls and emails have been given to the city on this property. I dont understand why it may take up to 2 weeks since this address has not been compliant for months.
