2 Large black trashcans both need repair or replacement.
half the lid is missing on one so it fills with water and breeds mosquitos-
the lid on the other is bent and broken on so it doesn't open or close all the way and when the normal truck comes to pick it up, the truck is never able to properly empty it. Instead half of what is dumped ends up all over the ground in the alley. Also, because the lid is stuck, the container is never fully emotied, so it has a layer of rotting garbage.
Contributes to overall issue of nearby residents dumping large trash here and is always gross and unsanitary.
