The city of Worcester has abandoned aluminum pole #15 at the NE corner of Fairfax Rd and Perry Ave. The light has been out for over SIX MONTHS. It's been reported on the city website more than twice.

Thank You for contacting the DPW&P. Per our contractor Wilmington Wire street light pole #15 located at the corner of Fairfax Rd. and Perry Ave. has been repaired as of 1/26/12. Work order 1341092 has been closed. If the street light is still out as of 2/1/12 please inform us and a new work order will be issued for the light to be reinspected. If you have any additional questions or would like to speak with a customer service representative please call us at (508)929-1300 or log onto our web site at www.worcesterma.gov
It should be understood that it is not the responsibility of the DPW& P. Customer Service Center to update resolutions submitted through social networking sites such as SeeClickFix. The DPW&P Customer Service request system is the official site for reporting City issues. Please provide your personal e-mail so that we may respond directly to you with any questions and / or updates to your request.

Apparently DPW&P has potholes in their organization. Look at your reply a little closer. This issue is not about potholes.
It's YOUR job to look for confirmation numbers in your own database.
