The above comment from the city is computer generated who knows when a human will see it, hopefully before a serious accident. This should have been called into 203 946-6316 then posted to alert others and to have a record it was called in. Why didn't you call?

well. I was driving.. there's still a functioning red. feel free to call it in if you feel strongly about it. The city saw and assigned it within an hour.

That's an automated message; it was posted the same minute you created the ticket. There is still one red working so I don't think it's a huge deal.
