This sounds like a very general observation. While our office is unable to stop drivers from breaking the law, is there a specific intersection where you see an issue with?

Hamilton Park particularly. Just spend half an hour watching at any stop sign, and you'll see loads of cars not bothering to stop for pedestrians or even running right through the stop signs. Pavonia and Manila Ave intersection is an example.

The corners of 18th and Marin and 18th and Grove are particularly bad. As well as Grove and Newark and Marin and Newark.

Oh, I got a little thrown off because it is a traffic light, but you must be talking about were cars head north on Marin and then veer to the right. They are always supposed to stop before actually making the right and ALWAYS must stop for pedestrians, but instead zoom through there either thoughtlessly or because they want to beat the traffic headed east on 18th.

When there was a traffic camera there, a lot of people were confused as to why they were getting tickets for failure to stop before making a right on red. They had no idea they had to come to a full stop before proceeding.
