The 1200 block of 5th Street is a hot mess. There are many homeless tent encampments on private property that spread out to the street, restriction passage. There are numerous unlicensed motor homes parked in the street that has their trash and garbage blocking the sidewalks and overlap into the streets. There is piles of dirt and tree cuttings that block both the sidewalks and the street. The vermin and cesspool of human waste has turned this area into a biological health hazard that should be cleaned up right away.
