This tripping hazard may cause a pedestrian to trip and fall. This sidewalk needs immediate attention to prevent anyone from being injured, possibly safety cones with yellow caution tape to deviate pedestrian from tripping and falling.
Dude, you're really going overboard with the non-compliant ADA stuff.
Sure, disabled people should have the same level of access that everyone has, but after reviewing all of your SeeClickFix posts, I can see you've really taken it to another level.
There will always be impediments to freedom of movement; not only for the disabled, but for everyone. It is impossible for any city to have sidewalks that are without imperfections.
What you're saying it "I don't like it when people who are not like me complain about discrimination against people who are not like me. It's like Black people complaining about having to sit in the back of the bus. I don't like it." and that says what it says about you.
I never said that, and I didn't mean it that way. You're just projecting what you want to hear. It's sad to know that you view others that way. When I was in my 20s, I used to use those minority stats to gain ground with my debating opponents, but I grew out of it.
Some of us are on your side, but you just don't want to acknowledge it.
Tommy, We have Disparate Impact There are significantly more and significantly more hazardous violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act in Black neighborhoods than there are in White neighborhoods and a much higher percentage of Black folks use public transportation than White folks. You may simply be ignorant but I suspect that you know that and that is why you object to efforts to correct this discrimination.
I will use my First Amendment right to petition the government for a redress of grievances on this government program as I see fit. Thank you for pointing out that ignorant bigots make it necessary.
My final comment to you and anyone else reading this:
I merely notified the original poster and the responsible authority that the reported hazard also violates the rights of the members of a protected class and the Federal law that guarantees those rights.
Attempts to censor complaints about that discrimination or to hide that discrimination are nothing but bigotry against the members of the protected class who are victims of that discrimination.
You don't want to know about? Don't want to hear about it? (edited for content).
