Something has changed at the light at this intersection recently. The light stays red for traffic on Dogburn Road for FAR too long, especially during daytime hours.

It makes no sense because there isn't even a steady flow of traffic on Derby Turnpike during the whole cycle! So there's hardly any cars passing on Derby Tpke while cars are backing up 7-8 deep on Dogburn, which never used to happen.
