Hi Tom, I have had personal discussions with City of Tucson officials (my complaint even made it to the Mayor's office) regarding this website and the fact that it is not monitored as well as it should be. They essentially told me that there are not enough resources to monitor this site and the website is an old idea that they are trying to find a replacement for. I still don't understand why they don't shut down the use of this site or post a notice on here that they are not monitoring (ie. so don't bother wasting your time.) So with all that said and to everyone reading this post, I would suggest saving yourself major frustration and DON'T USE THIS WEBSITE ANYMORE!!.
Hope all this helps. It is a shame that a seemingly valuable and easy to use tool such as this website is being ignored by City officials but it is what it is and just use the other avenues I explained above. We need more people to care about the appearance of our City and County as well as the condition of our roads and infrastructure (not to mention the understaffing and poor response times of our Police Department) The quality of life here seems to be deteriorating and it is pretty sad. All the best to everyone and good luck in getting all of our concerns addressed.
Thanks for using See Click Fix Tucson. We are preparing to relaunch a new and improved version of this tool that will allow us to respond to more issues and integrate this customer service system with other departmental tools that help us take care of what you are reporting.
To make that happen we are closing out all issues that are over a year old. If the issue we are closing out was never fixed, or if it has recurred since you reported it and it was fixed, please report it and we will have it in the new system.
We will be back in touch soon with an update on the upcoming changes to SeeClickFix Tucson.
Thanks for making our community a better and safer place!

For transportation concerns in the City of Tucson, visit this website for more information: http://www.tucsonaz.gov/tdot/streets-traffic-maintenance Be sure to call by phone and talk with a human because in my experience emails do not always get addressed or answered. Other non-transportation related concerns can generally be addressed through Code Enforcement: http://www.tucsonaz.gov/pdsd/code-enforcement They can take over a month to respond to a complaint reported online (because they are understaffed too) but generally do a good job in addressing many concerns. For graffiti concerns, visit this site: http://www.tucsonaz.gov/graffiti Online reports through this site are addressed in appropriate time as well mainly because the City is pumping some big bucks into graffiti abatement: (http://tucson.com/news/local/city-plans-to-double-spending-on-graffiti-cleanups/article_1a35833d-716e-5bca-8511-b189a8fc2366.html)
For transportation concerns outside the City of Tucson (in Pima County), use: https://webcms.pima.gov/cms/One.aspx?portalId=169&pageId=65988
For non transportation (code violations) use: http://webcms.pima.gov/cms/One.aspx?portalId=169&pageId=68952
