They are moving in because many fentanyl dealers are there. They usually are homeless themselves but still functional, and ride bicycle, scooter, and such carrying backpacks. Many dealers are not homeless but they pretend to be because then APD does not bother them at all. Secondhand fentanyl smoke can easily be fatal to innocent bystander, and noone is coming to help you. Street addicts break into unoccupied houses and buildings and destroy them by pulling wall wires out and cutting metal pipes just to sell copper for fentanyl. Street addicts gradually destroy everything around themselves. They smoke fentanyl and Tranq (horse tranquilizer) all day long one pill after another. New synthetic drugs available on our streets destroy humans mentally and physically beyond the point of repair very quickly. The mayor, the city council, APD. woke judges simply don't care. They let fentanyl addicts and dealers own our streets, alleyways, bus stops, parks, everything. Crime, property damage, filth, fentanyl overdoses, and street homelessness will just get much worse in near future. If you see them covering heads under blanket, towel, or t-shirt, they are trying to smoke only half a pill.
