Loud music live band playing. They constructed a permanate structure that is bolted into the sidewalk and extends into the bike lanes. They have live music thrusday to sunday all day long. The city inspectors have been here several times they ordred that the structture be taken down but owner refuses and continues to add to the structure including lights with extension cords. Its a shock hazzard a traffic hazzard and has been deemed illegal by the city HELP
